I have a unique approach to exercise. An intense but enjoyable 'CrossFit' style of physical training has been developed, which is able to torch calories, increase cardiovascular fitness, strength and power and generally wake up muscles which are not being used. Whether you are an experienced sports player looking to condition yourself for your sport, returning from an injury or someone new to exercise, I will deliver sessions and motivate you to get where you want to be... and to keep going! Methods including Kettlebells, Powerbags, Medicine Balls and Olympic Lifting are coached and used in training sessions, where every session is different to keep the body on it's toes. Small circuits are used and personal best times and weights are often recorded, so that you can see improvement yourself. Individuals, Pairs or Threes, all welcome to get involved.
