Along with individual training, there is also the opportunity to train as a part of a group in a 'Boot Camp' style programme.

But if you are able to form a group of friends (min.x4 people) and would prefer different days and times, contact me and you can create your own camp which suits you.
Small competitions are sometimes used and Best Times are recorded to push you that bit further, along with comparing end times/scores with those from the start of the programme- so you can see your own improvement!
The Camps mentioned take place at Heaton Tennis & Squash Club, Bradford. There is free parking and changing/showering facilities. Sessions take place outside whenever possible, if not on indoor courts, the studio or in the gym.
